Tootsies can really throw a party! With Roz being in Italy I (Heather here) I have been out covering the “beat” on her behalf and what fun. Earlier this week I had the privilege of attending one of the hottest fashion nights of the season. Shelly Taylor Ludwick, Fady Armanious and Tootsies team joined forces with Houston Modern Luxury Magazine for the 10th year to put on an amazing event and fashion show honoring the the 2017 Fresh Faces of Fashion.
