Green Day of Celebration

Earth Day, April 22, 2010 is here. It’s our day to celebrate the world we live in, to take a moment to appreciate our natural resources and to take a really good look at what is around us and renew our commitment to preserve the environment. The ways to do this are far too many to mention here. The following are a super-sampling of how Houstonians can celebrate Earth Day’s 40th year!

Start the evening with some HAVEN-ly fun

Begin your Earth Day evening celebration with a stop by the patio of HAVEN, Houston’s hautest new green dining establishment. Hosting this eco-social are Green Lilly Events and Retna Media. You are invited to enjoy Haven’s famous farm-to-table appetizers and organic cocktails made with 360 Vodka. Hurry though, the time is early, 5:30 till 7:30 p.m. and if you want to just nest there, stay for dinner. If you haven’t experienced Haven and its farm-to-table modern Texas Cuisine created by Executive Chef, Randy Evans, then what better night to do that?!
