Now, once you have your new activewear, you have to figure out what it is you’ll be doing to get back into shape. Are you someone who runs outside? Or do you prefer an indoor cardio session? Or are classes more your thing? Whatever the case may be, finding a fitness class/activity that you thoroughly enjoy is what will keep you going back for more.
