Counting on the momentum from Downtown diners to continue to visit since the Super Bowl Rush, on, but not restricted to, only  ‘game days’, Houston Astro’s owner, Jim Crane opens two new restaurants in walking vicinity to Minute Maid Park. However, it is fitting to have the restaurants so close to where the Astros play since enjoying a meal together is as great a pastime as watching baseball.

Osso & Kristalla, a casual dining experience and Potente, its sister fine-dining restaurant are both located on the ground floor corner of space of 500 Crawford Building at 1515 Texas. The two restaurants are named after his three children.
