Every season there is an ‘it bag,’ that bag that is coveted by all, seen everywhere, and oh so fabulous. This season it’s no other than the saddle bag. A saddle bag, originating from equestrian wear, is essentially a smaller version of your standard shoulder bag, typically rounded at the bottom. The most well known of this style would certainly be the Chloe ‘Drew’ Bag. It’s classic, timeless, and comes in a variety of colors. My birthday is coming up in January. Hint Hint.

What I love so much about a saddle bag is that it’s not too big, but still spacious enough to hold your essentials. I also love that it can be worn cross body, which is my favorite way to wear a bag, and it can easily transition from day to night, from casual to dressy.

We’ve pulled together some inspiration on how to wear saddle bags and also some of our very favorites that you can shop right here, right now from our site. Keep scrolling!
