When I first met Tata Harper at a Neiman Marcus workshop back in July 2013, I was already familiar with her. I was already in love with one product that I had purchased and tried online, her regenerating cleanser, enhanced with apricot seeds. It gave my face an extra clean feel and I loved it!
Tata, a native Colombian, always had an affinity towards luxurious skincare. Her interest became even stronger when her stepfather was diagnosed with cancer.Tata began to take a closer look at the ingredients in the skincare products she was using. After learning about all of the harmful chemicals used in many products on the market, Tata began to take an interest in creating a skincare line free of synthetic and chemical ingredients. Tata’s mission is to create natural products that don’t compromise effectiveness. Her goal is to deliver the next generation of skincare without a single drop of synthetic chemicals.
Fortifying Body Lotion / Revitalizing Body Oil
Tata herself was at Neiman Marcus this past May to promote her new Fortifying Body Lotion. The nutrient packed lotion is full of nutrient-rich ingredients such as Milk Thistle and Argan Oil, which boast powerful moisturizing benefits. The lotion is great for daily use and is especially good for post-sun soothing to rehydrate dry, sunbathed skin. The lotion can also be mixed with the Revitalizing Body Oil for ultimate moisturizing benefits. Not only is the body oil great for nourishing dry, chapped skin, it also can be used to treat aches and sores, as well as signs of aging. The key ingredient of the lotion is Arnica, an herb with anti-inflammatory properties that can be used to relax muscles. The Tata Harper representative at Neiman’s suggests applying the oil to aching joints and then covering the area with a heating pad. We were told the relieving properties of the Revitalizing Body Oil are so good that patients from MD Anderson order it to help relieve joint pain during cancer treatment.
Aromatic Irritability Treatment / Aromatic Bedtime Treatment / Aromatic Stress Treatment
To maximize the healing and soothing properties of the Fortifying Lotion and Revitalizing Body Oil, it is recommended that you use these products along with Tata Harper’s aromatherapy treatments. A few drops of the aromatic treatments can be added to either the lotion or the body oil to help bring relaxation to your body and mind. Tata suggests taking in at least 5 deep breaths of your chosen aromatic treatment before application to help put your brain in the mood and turn your attention to the powerful, soothing scents. If you ever need a little relaxation while stuck in Houston traffic (we all know just how stressful that can be), the Neiman’s Tata Harper representative suggests dabbing a little bit of the Aromatic Stress Treatment to your temples and ears.
What’s Next for Tata Harper?
August 13, Tata Harper will be back to Neiman Marcus to participate in their first Fall Trend Event, which takes place on the 2nd floor Designer, 6pm Reception, 6:30pm Presentation. Tata will be set up within the area, but of course, you can stop by the counter at any time for a one on one consultation. She will be introducing many of her new fall products.
