Houston’s fall social season is already in full swing — and it’s shining bright pink! The Memorial Hermann Foundation’s 16th annual Razzle Dazzle Luncheon returned to The Post Oak Hotel just days ago, and this year truly lived up to its name. Benefiting breast cancer outreach, early detection, and quality care at Memorial Hermann (including the Bobetta C. Lindig Breast Care Center at Memorial City), the beloved luncheon brought together some of Houston’s most philanthropic and fashionable women for a day filled with meaning, celebration, and plenty of pink! Guests were treated to a grand New Orleans-style entrance as Emmy-winning journalist and former TODAY host Hoda Kotb joined a pink-powered second line into the ballroom — waving handkerchiefs and twirling feathered umbrellas designed by luncheon co-founder Ann Cazalot. Talk about making an entrance!
A Celebration of Strength and Sisterhood
This year’s honoree, SheSpace, the one-of-a-kind workspace and community hub created by Stephanie Tsuru and Katie Tsuru, was recognized for its empowering mission of connecting and uplifting women at every stage of life and career. Anne Neeson, Executive Vice President and CEO of Memorial Hermann Foundation, praised Stephanie’s visionary leadership, calling SheSpace “a thriving home for hundreds of women across all stages of life and career.”
Stephanie, a past luncheon co-chair herself, later took the stage for a lively chat with the star of the day — Hoda Kotb. The room was filled with laughter and emotion as Hoda shared stories from her life and career, her decision to begin new ventures (including a podcast, book, and wellness app), and her reflections on resilience. “No matter how old you are, it’s fun to be a beginner again,” she said — a message that resonated deeply with everyone in the room. Her words on overcoming hardship were especially moving: “You are stronger in the broken places.”
Pink, Purpose, and Plenty of Heart

The afternoon began with a warm welcome from KTRK’s Samica Knight, along with touching remarks from Meghan Leggett and Kathleen Perley, daughters of beloved past honoree Eileen Campbell. Guests enjoyed a beautifully prepared lunch of herb-roasted hunter’s chicken and a mango passion fruit cheesecake for dessert, courtesy of The Post Oak Hotel’s culinary team.
Between heartfelt speeches and fabulous fashion moments, there was still time to celebrate an incredible fundraising achievement — $1 million raised to support Memorial Hermann’s breast cancer initiatives. This year’s proceeds will help fund 1,000 potentially life-saving mammograms for women who otherwise wouldn’t have access. A huge round of applause went to luncheon chair Zhanna Golodryga for her exceptional leadership and vision in making it all happen.

Sparkle, Style, and So Much Support

Of course, no Razzle Dazzle Luncheon would be complete without a touch of glamour! Tenenbaum Jewelers, led by Tony Bradfield, a past honoree himself, brought their signature sparkle — from a pop-up jewelry outpost to glittering raffle prizes that had guests buzzing with excitement. The stunning décor by Blooming Galleries and lush pink florals donated by H-E-B turned the ballroom into a dreamy celebration of hope and strength. From the collectible champagne flutes to the uplifting energy that filled the room, this past week’s luncheon was truly one for the books — proof once again that when Houston women come together, incredible things happen.
Among the many familiar faces in pink were Lisa Helfman, Stacey and Al Lindseth, Renee Ash, Laurie Lashier, Gretchen Sheirr, Nina and Edd Hendee, Roslyn Bazzelle Mitchell, Angie Matula, Melissa Juneau, Courtney Meadows, and Dancie Ware.

Until Next Year… Keep Dazzling, Houston!
Another fabulous Razzle Dazzle Luncheon is in the books — full of heart, hope, and plenty of sparkle. Congratulations to Memorial Hermann Foundation, the event chairs, honorees, and all who helped make this afternoon such a meaningful success.
