Spring Collection Preview
Local designer, Jonathan Blake, gave me a quick, sneak peek at his photo shoot at Cody Bess Studio this week as he readies his LookBook for Spring which he will have available for all to peruse through after seeing his Spring launch show on October 22. Trust me, the collection looks better than ever and you will want to use that look book for selections after seeing his presentation. The show, BTW, is a sell-out so if you are lucky enough to have a seat, hold on to it and if not, there will be trunk shows announced very soon, where you will be able to see and touch the collection first hand.
Reminder to all….this is just a peek at a half dozen of the approximate 38 looks from the styles that define the feeling of his collection…..whimsical yet sophisticated, Alice in Wonderland-inspired! The colors are in various shades of blues and greens and the prints vary from bohemian in nature to my favorite, the green stingray print. However, as in any good preview of a show, the WOW dresses aren’t here. You will have to wait to see those at the show and there are some stunners there!
