There is something about Milan fashion week that screams fun. It might be the natural laid back life, Italian spirit, or it might just be because to them it is mostly a family affair. It is very interesting that many of Italy’s most successful and very establish fashion houses have been family run for many generations.  A good example of this is Prada who happens to inaugurate their newly renovated shops on via Montenapoleone.  On another fun note, continuing with the very popular bag bugs from the past two seasons, for fall 2014 they created the ‘Bag Boy Karlito’ inspired  by designer Karl Lagerfeld,  of course it had to make a major entrance on the runway, so it was  carried by super model  Cara Delevingne. Another person who made a major entrance but, not so much in a good way was singer Katy Perry who was late to Jeremy Scott’s first Moschino show.  Even through all of that, it was an incredible fashion week.
