002-1

Never out without her red glasses, Pactor’s been in the heart of retail for over 30 years. She started out as a buyer, Visual Director and VP Fashion Director for 11 Foley’s stores. Pactor knew she would be in the fashion world at the tender age of 4. “I would model each outfit I received for my birthday presents for my adoring dad who sat there with a movie camera. I accessorized them and hammed it up for the filmmaker. I wanted to be a model and loved fashion from the very beginning.” But, alas, Pactor realized “the BIG PROBLEM… I was a munchkin in a stiletto world.”

Won’t travel without… A lot of neutrals – black, white or nude depending on time of year; mostly knits that I can roll up well and can be worn multiple ways. I always travel with bags of shoes and accessories that can either be a pop of color or can just make those basics no longer look basic but chic! Hot for spring… I love all of the skirt optionS. I’m a skirt and dress girl.   Fashion no no’s… I’m getting really tired of cleavage; make sure that it’s appropriate for the place and the audience. No panty lines!!! Wear proper undergarments; even if you are thin, Spanx® can keep you smooth.
