B.B. Lemon-Montrose, open only a month ago on Montrose Blvd. became immediately an obvious dining destination for me and my fellow residents at my new home at The Museum Tower. How great is it to have a fun, dining spot within walking distance from where you live…….such a New York idea that Ben Berg was quick to grasp on to. So the end result was to treat his soon to be “regulars” to his new restaurant by letting us be the tasters for his about-to-be-launching BB Lemon-Montrose Saturday/Sunday Brunch. The rest is history……as a newbie to Museum Tower but not a newbie to Berg Hospitality eateries….the cast was set and I had the good fortune to co-host the brunch preview last Sunday. Thanks to Museum Tower Management and Berg such a fun time was had by all as we welcomed our newest neighbor to our ‘hood!

Lemon Hour a.k.a. Happy Hour and Industry Night…..offered every Monday -Friday from 3-6pm, which includes eight small plate dishes plus 1/2 priced oysters and drink specials.($8 craft cocktails, $4 beers and $2 off all wines by the glass). Plus every Monday from 8:30pm to close is also “Industry Night”, which includes 1/2 off all beers, 1/2 off Jameson (Ben Berg’s personal drink of choice) and $6 burgers.
$14 Weekday Lunch Special.…….offered Monday thru Friday from 11am-2pm, guests can enjoy the choice of a TX Wagyu Burger/Cheeseburger/Bacon Cheeseburger, Hot Dog or a Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken plus fries or onion rings and iced tea or soda for $14.
