On Saturday May 8, 2021, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., philantropic animal lovers will virtually “take off” for the 8th Annual Wags and Whiskers Brunch, benefiting Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston’s Animeals program, which provides pet food, toys and preventative vet care supplies to seniors with pets in the Meals on Wheels program.
For those of you that have not attended this event……it is beyond cuteness to watch the pet fashion show, where the “Jet Set Pets” themed event can be viewed this year in the comfort of your own home. Brunch is hosted by my good friend, M.A. Shute passion for animals is always dominant on this day. Guests are invited to don their best jet set or vintage attire while enjoying the fun fashion show, silent auction, and inspiring program emceed by Casey Curry in their own casual surroundings. Boarding passes will give each guest access to the virtual program and gourmet boxed lunches that will be delivered using Interfaith Ministries’ home-delivery meal service.
Guests can purchase an entire virtual row in Jet Setter, First Class, Business Class, Premium Class, or Frequent Flyer Class to support Animeals and Interfaith Ministries.

Animeals was started more than 10 years ago when Interfaith Ministries’ Meals on Wheels drivers discovered that seniors were sharing their food with their beloved pets. Today, Animeals provides free pet food, toys and preventative vet care for more than 1,300 dogs and cats.
