Beauty Snacking? It is not what you think!

After waking up and getting our kids off to school, the rest of my day typically goes like this…

8:00 AM Wash my face and put on my skincare.

9:30 AM My first Zoom call but just realized that I never put on makeup.  A pop of lip color will work.

11:00 Time for my second Zoom but I need to look a little more presentable, so a little dry shampoo and some mascara is needed.

1:30 I need to run an errand but can’t remember if I put on sunscreen or not.  So I apply (re-apply?) and head out the door.

3:30 This is when I hit a wall and need a pick me up so I can make it through my last meeting without looking tired.  A bit of concealer to save the day.

Does this sound familiar to you? Since the pandemic, our beauty routines have gone from doing everything all at once in the morning to a true evolution of beauty throughout the day.  This new way of using your beauty products has a name (of course!)….Beauty Snacking. No, don’t eat your products!  This trend is all about easy, fast, bite-sized ways to use your products throughout the day. Sometimes these beauty snacks are necessary (looking at your concealer) but some are more self-care inspired, just pick me ups that brighten the moment.  Here are a few of my favorites to try…
