As you can imagine, we at MyRedGlasses are curious and excited to hear of any new ‘Fashion Eyewear’ that comes to town. In fact, for those of you that haven’t had the chance to drop by River Oaks District, Krewe Eyewear from New Orleans is having their Tiny House pop-up here only until Sunday, March 4th. Stop by and see their presentation before it’s too late. As an inspiration to their roots, their designs embrace individuality, allowing a person to express themselves through their eyewear. From sunglasses to optics, there are plenty to select from. Most pairs range from $200-$400.
Where did “Krewe” come from? “It is linked to a Mardi Gras tradition, which describes a diverse group of people that parade in celebration of the carnival season. The name invokes this spirit of creative collaboration.”
