Tootsies has its own way of celebrating Houston Restaurant Weeks which began on August 1 and continues through September 2. This annual event encourages Houstonians to eat out and support our Houston Food Bank, the largest food bank in the country and gives us all an opportunity to visit many of our favorite dining spots and visit a few new ones as well.
Beginning last Friday, August 2 and continuing for every Friday through the month of August, Tootsies will be hosting some of Houston’s best restaurants in its store in the Shops at Arrive with curated bites and cocktails. Adding to the celebration while tasting and shopping will be the music of DJ Senega.
Foodie Fridays kicks off every week at 3 p.m. with live music and the opportunity to shop and save. Customers who make food donations at Tootsies for the Houston Food Bank will receive $25 off $100 gift card. Tootsies will donate 10 percent of the sales made between 4 and 6 pm to the Houston Food Bank.
