Newest addition to River Oaks District….Dallas fashion jewel, Forty Five Ten Boutique opening today it’s first store outside of Dallas and Houston is the spot!
Dallas’ top fashion spot, Forty Five Ten, is opening its 3,300 square foot store in River Oaks District today, Wednesday, November 23. The new space will be highlighting Forty Five Ten’s Rare Beauty concept (an exclusive offering of fragrance, make up and skincare) as well the highest end fashions for Women’s apparel and accessories, that also includes a Men’s selection and home decor. Store hours will be open seven days a week…10 am till 7 pm Mon-Sat and 12-6 on Sunday.
This collection of the top designers in fashion, focuses on both established and emerging designers in women’s, mens and home has been long awaited in the Houston area. Forty Five Ten’s President and Co-Founder, Brian Bolke, says, “We have been looking at the Houston area for almost a decade.” We are excited to have them here and please stay tuned to MRG for more details as we visit our newest haute fashion spot in town!
In case you’re not familiar, this collection of the top designers in fashion has been located in a beautifully historic building on McKinney Ave in the hip Knox/Henderson area of Dallas for 16 years. That address from which it received its name, will remain open as an expanded home decor store that includes also its acclaimed “T Room”, a much sought after lunch spot. It has recently moved its fashion into a dramatic new spot in Downtown Dallas, opening just weeks before the Houston location.
