As the Holiday Season approaches nothing puts me in the ‘spirit’ of the holiday more than decorating my own home with all of the many gifts and treasures I have received over the years from those that I love and thinking of each of them as I put them out for us. So, the first thing I venture into when doing my holiday shopping each year is usually a perfect something for a friend or family’s home, that will hopefully become an equally treasured item in their home and will also make them think of me, as well, as they have joyful gatherings in their home…… nothing better than that!

Roz, I’ve looked high and low and cannot find great looking, luxurious runners for my dining table in RED–with or without a holiday theme–in Houston. Can you point me in the direction of anyplace that may carry them? Events has great runners, but my table is 72 to 96 inches (with all leaves in place) and none are long enough.

Sandra, I found long runners at Pottery Barn and also at Kuhl-Linscomb. They weren’t red, let me check a few online spots I know of and get back to you!
