Milan Footwear Steal the Runways….So Much to Look At!

Shoes2Milan Fall 2017 Fashion Runway Footwear in many cases stole the show….and that was not easy to do with all of the fabulous fashion out there.  Fun, novelty, creative….words I’ve used a lot, but says it all!

Milan Fashion Runway Footwear had it all!  Super high stilettos, chunky platforms and preppy flats ruled!  As I sit at my computer this moment I am wearing my awesome Italian hand-made boots that I purchased from Jennifer Tattanelli on my trip to Florence last October.  They are like no others I have seen around.  Looking at these highlights from the shows, I already have my eye on this Fall’s purchases.  After all we live in a “Boot World” where a wardrobe is needed and for many of us, which we think we’ve completed.  However, Fendi stepped it up this season, literally, when they showed each and every garment on their runway in high RED leather boots.  Let’s face it…….they had my name all over them!

Armani had classic velvet loafers, Versace showed logo strappy sandals and Gucci ran the gamut from the classic loafer that they put on the map last year (maybe with a novel touch this season)  to some outlandish, colorful boots and chunky heels that will make their own statement on just the right person!

Below, enjoy some highlights of the great many shoes that Italy showed on the runways….after all no one can make great quality shoes like the little shoemaking craftsmen of Italy!
