Steve Tyrell Singing For His Hometown…Sharing His Feelings As Houston Recovers

steveHouston native Steve Tyrell, could not be here to lend a helping hand so he’s lending his support in the best way he knows how….singing a heartfelt song about the tragedy that hit his Hometown!

For my brother,  Steve Tyrell, not being able to be here when the Hometown that he has always loved and the many important people in his life were in trouble,  it was a very difficult time. To say he called me frequently during the many days and different stages of our ordeal, is an understatement. To intensify his concern for being away from it all, he recently had to leave the country to perform in Europe, Italy specifically….an ancestral homeland of ours which only added to his feeling of nostalgia for his roots.

His only answer to help the people in Houston and to also heal his feeling of loss was to express himself in the best way he knows how…through the expression of song!  So please, click on below and what you will hear is his version of the Dean Martin classic that many of us have known and loved…...HOUSTON. Lyrics are changed, the message is heartfelt and positive and you will feel better when you listen…..
