Coop Tour 2019

So you’ve been hearing about all of the ‘buzz’ around chickens these days…….who has their very own, who wants them NOW in their own back yard, how do you get them, where do they live?! You know you want to know more but just don’t know how and so you are left a little bit intimidated as lack of knowledge can do to you!!  Well this Saturday, gear up……this can be an easy, fun way to learn first-hand a lot about chickens from a couple of experts, just in case you want to own your very own!

I must say that this will be a first time experience for me…..I have participated in Blogger Crawls, done my fair share of Boutique Crawls and listened to my girls’ stories about Bar Crawls but never quite heard of or, needless to say,  have definitely not attended, a “Coop Crawl” or as Nicole and Mike call it, the Tour De Coop!  This may be a first ever and if so, I give all of the creative credit to my family…..daughter, Nicole and hubby Mike Graham!!!

So I’m asking all of you to join Alan and I and many of their friends and ours, for this, sure to be fun experience. You can visit from coop to coop on your own but I say to all of my chic and worldly friends out there…..go the fun way, and join the group heading out on the “chicken party bus” and have some free beer and spirits, see some beautiful and rare breeds of chickens that are some beauties like you’ve never seen………all while donating to Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston! Just meet us at FM Kitchen at 1:00 p.m. try some tasty treats and get ready to board the bus from there. (details from the Garden Hen team below, in their words)……..
