The Woodlands welcome their first  True Food Kitchen into their neighborhood.  They officially opened yesterday, May 16, 2018! Their menu focuses on anti-inflammatory diet and caters to a variety of food preferences from vegan to vegetarian to gluten-free! They have a rotating menu according to seasonal ingredients. Also known for nutrient-rich recipes, dishes include Inside out quinoa burger, tuscan kale salad, spaghetti squash casserole, and more!

With over 7,300 square feet of dining space ( indoor and outdoor) , nearly 170 seats , open kitchen, and covered patio for up to 100 people,  there is plenty of space for people to enjoy.

Eco-friendly materials are used throughout the restaurant such as dining chairs made of recycled soda bottles and hardwood floors.

Along with their laid-back aesthetics and mindful interior decor,  they also have a happy hour that is easy on the wallet. Starting at $5 beers, wine, cocktails, bites, and half salads!

When we  were invited for a sneak preview of their menu, naturally the person that came to mind to represent My Red Glasses is  health-conscious Nicole Pactor Graham.

Nicole  had the chance to try out their menu last week. Some of their note-worthy dishes that she ordered and thoroughly enjoyed what were her favorites, the poke bowl and the vegan banana pudding!
