Beauty Gives Back….

Shop Your Favorite Beauty Brands to Support Breast Cancer Awareness

October is the month we start getting out the Fall décor with hues of red, orange and yellow.  Another hue we see everywhere in October clashes a bit with the traditional Fall palette but is way more important for us to take note…and that hue is pink!

This month, we turn our focus to Breast Cancer Awareness and we all know exactly the shade of pink I am talking about.  Did you know that 1 in 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer?  In 2020, an estimated 276,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 48,530 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer*. Those stats are staggering.

I know you haven’t been running to the doctor’s office during the pandemic, but getting your annual mammogram is so important to early breast cancer detection.  Additionally, getting to know your “girls” through self-exam are also key to check at least once a quarter to ensure you stay on top of any potential lumps and bumps.

I am proud to work in an industry that cares so much about Breast Cancer Awareness and gives back to the cause.  I have curated a list of amazing products from brands that are donating proceeds from sales to various organizations that support research and treatment for those diagnosed. A win-win for all!
