Bright Lights, Big Fashion at NYFW 2019!

NYFW 2019The first week of fashion month for  the new year has officially ended in the big apple! NYFW 2019 is just the beginning to the most fashionable month of the season!

America’s most fashionable week is wrapping up and we have only one word…WOW!  NYFW is definitely changing from how many of us have known it for years. Many of our favorite designers were there in the traditional way plus many showed in alternative ways or in different places. There were many new faces on the scene and inclusivity was all the rage. It gave us exactly what we wanted and more this season, with collections that epitomized each brand. From nostalgic to futuristic, neutrals to neons, frilly to masculine NYFW 2019 had it all!

Ralph LaurenNYFW 2019

How about a little Breakfast at Ralph’s? The iconic designer did thing differently and opened fashion week this season. He transformed his flagship store into the chicest coffee shop for the backdrop of his Spring 2019 RTW collection.

Tom Ford likes “beautiful, classic clothes, so that’s what [he does]” and boy did he do it! One powerful look after the other strutted down the runway with women AND menswear leaving us in pure wonderment!NYFW 2019Everyone loves a man in Tom Ford!

Carolina Herrera

NYFW 2019

Once again, Wes Gordon has truly made a name for himself as the relatively recent creative director for Carolina Herrera. Sending yet another dazzling show down the runway, the collection proved to be bold, youthful and just all around joy-inducing! Excited to see him, as he is making his way to Houston soon for Neiman Marcus Best Dressed Luncheon in March!

Rich, refined and ravishing. Those three little words do not even come close to describing the magic that Ulla Johnson sent down the runway in her NYFW 2019 collection.

NYFW 2019

Inspired by Nancy Wake, a European spy during WWII, Zimmermann’s Fall collection is for the “feminine, skillful, and selfless” woman. It’s safe to say she created the perfect bohemian dream world!

NYFW 2019

The classicly talented Tory Burch delivered a mix-and-match of traditional styles on her NYFW 2019 runway. With military coats, romantic ruffles, and menswear checks and plaids, there truly was something for everyone!

NYFW 2019

Broadcasting live from the top of the Rockefeller Center, Christian Siriano put on a show (his 23rd!) as impressive as it’s iconic location! As always, he kept us entertained while showing us the future of fashion!

Black, white and bright all over! Brandon Maxwell gave us a collection full of black and white masterpieces with a few eye-catching colors sprinkled in making the whole show that much more exciting!

NYFW 2019

Lele Rose delivered us a show that was nearly impaw-sible to beat! Turning NYFW 2019 into the “Roseminster Dog Show“, Rose debuted fashions so awe-inspiring that even the four-legged friends had some competition for the spotlight!

Going off of layers of history, travel and culture from destinations around the world, Oscar de la Renta designer duo, Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, presented us with a show-stopping runway. Full of color and texture, we were simply mesmerized one look after the other!

Tomo Koizumi

NYFW 2019

“Bigger is better” seemed to be the motto for Tomo Koizumi‘s NYFW 2019 show! Discovered on Instagram, Koizumi knows all about the importance of being noticed and even better- being talked about! The show, held at Marc Jacobs’ Madison Ave store,  was surely the talk of the town!
