Mascalzone Ristorante’s A-team gathers in support to welcome back, Chef Alberto Buffoni
Mascalzone Ristorante is back to its Houston roots with original chef Alberto Buffoni returning as Executive Chef, will be headquartered in the Westheimer location but overseeing both locations, Westheimer and Shepherd. This restaurant that produces consistent fresh, authentic Italian food in its London and most recently Houston locations does not disappoint, ever! It boasts fresh pizzas by Napoli pizza chef, Mr. Ray, as well as its signature dish, the mascalzone. All of the players for Mascalzone service both restaurants as a whole under Chef Alberto’s supervision.
