If you’re not planning on cooking or going to someone’s house, we’ve rounded up the best restaurants to go to for your Thanksgiving meal as well as specials they’re offering and where you can take out from. The next day, return for a break from Black Friday shopping with their take on a post-Turkey Day classic: the decked-out turkey sandwich. Enjoy roasted sliced turkey, fresh brie, and cranberry salsa on a French baguette, smothered in hot gravy with your choice of side. This delicious deal is available for $13 during from 11:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

B&B will be open on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28th, from 11am-8pm. Inside the festively decorated restaurant, guests have the option to order from a prix-fixe menu plus the entire dinner menu. The prix-fixe menu includes an amuse bouche, three courses (appetizer, main course and dessert) and family style side dishes. Every guest receives a special, take-home gift – leftover turkey sandwiches* made in the Butcher Shop that morning with roasted turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and a side of gravy. Underbelly is preparing Thanksgiving dinner so you don’t have to! Order your Thanksgiving feast before November 24 at 9pm, and pick up your order in the parking lot behind Georgia James and Hay Merchant (1100 Westheimer) on Wednesday, November 27 between 11am and 3pm.

If you are still wanting to have your friends and family in your home and enjoy some of the special cooking treats that are favorites, but need to take some of the work away, you can take the grand task of roasting the turkey away by ordering a turkey alone from places such as Central Market, Whole Foods and a family favorite of ours, Tony’s Restaurant.
