Houston Galleria’s New Digs….

Expansion continues at Texas' leading shopping mall, as four top brands are welcomed for Spring

The Houston Galleria, always maintaining its stature as Texas’ top shopping destination and one of the leading shopping malls in the country continues to bring the best and the newest brands to its site. After a banner year that saw 17 new and unique stores joining the Galleria ranks and 10 plus existing stores that experienced significant renovations and/or upgrades to existing locations, the newness continues with four new spots opening this Spring.

Simon, a global leader in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, has announced that Golden Goose, Gianvito Rossi, Akris and Fabletics will join the Galleria’s retail mix in Spring 2020.

The following brands will be making their entry to the Houston Galleria this Spring…..

GIANVITO ROSSIh, launched his first women’s collection in 2007. The brand fully reflects the time-honored artistry and know-how passed from generation to generation. His customer is a modern independent woman that oozes a feminine understated but cool elegance. His designs have also wooed many celebrities, models and trend-setters. Gianvito Rossi will be opening its first Texas location on Level 1, near Neiman Marcus.

GOLDEN GOOSE: With the fashion luxury sneaker phenomenon that is very much happening globally at this time, there is not a collection hauter these days than Golden Goose. This collection created in 2000 by two Venetian designers has been the sneaker of choice for the elite fashion crowd for awhile but after my many visits to Italy, I’ve grown to have a greater appreciation for the timeliness and growing popularity of this brand. This collection will offer an expanded assortment of apparel and accessories, led by its popular shoe styles. Located on Level 1, near Neiman Marcus, this will mark Golden Goose first Houston location.

FABLETICS: A lifestyle athleisure line founded by actress Kate Hudson that promises a personalized shopping experience has been an online phenomenon. As a digital-first subscription-based brand Fabletics now will offer affordable, high-quality and stylish workout clothes for women and men for in-store purchase as well. Located on Level 1 near Macy’s, will be Fabletics first store in Houston.

AKRIS: This Swiss luxury fashion and accessories house was founded in 1922 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Its Creative Director Albert Kriemer designs sleek and effortless collections for a discerning global clientele. The third generation family-owned fashion house shows regularly at Paris Fashion Week and has subsidiaries in Japan, the US, China and Korea and operates its own boutiques in major cities around the globe. The Galleria boutique will be located on Level 1 near Neiman Marcus.
